Admissions

We accept students on a rolling basis throughout the year based on availability.

To apply, students must:

  1. Be between the ages of 18 and 26;
  2. Be willing to live in a substance-free environment;
  3. Be ready to take responsibility for their own lives;
  4. Complete the attached application for admission and return it to us;
  5. Forward all relevant psychological evaluations and school transcripts to our office (we do require test results from any psychological or psychiatric testing, as well as information about hospitalization); and
  6. Enclose a $50.00 application fee with their completed admissions questionnaire.

After the application materials are submitted, our Admissions Committee will:

  1. Review the applicant's questionnaire;
  2. Schedule an interview with the applicant;
  3. Request other pertinent and available information from parents, guardians, therapists, counselors, physicians, and/or professionals who have worked previously with the applicant on her particular needs;
  4. Interview the applicant (there is a $250.00 Interview Fee);
  5. Decide whether the applicant will benefit from our program; and
  6. Notify the applicant of their acceptance or rejection.
  7. If FRA meets the needs of the student, you can hold a spot with a non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit.

If the Fulshear Ranch Academy is not the right program for the applicant, we will do everything possible to help her find one better suited to her particular needs.
